Carolynn Howard
San Diego is the best place to live. That is my humble opinion. I fell in love with San Diego the moment I first arrived in 2007 and am happy to call this place my home. I am proud to serve my community through real estate and I take my job seriously. When you hire me, we enter into a partnership together. I work hard to get my clients what they want by reaching out to hundreds of people each day to find the most qualified buyers and sellers for my clients. I also know how valuable continuous education is in the Real Estate industry. To stay ahead of the market and attuned to best practices for my clients, I participate in professional coaching, attend conferences regularly, and follow top economists. I love it here, and I am ready to help you buy or sell your slice of paradise in America's finest city.
Ryan Lally
My career started in commercial construction after receiving a civil engineering degree from Virginia Tech. After establishing myself in the construction world, I found my true passion in real estate. Choosing to start a real estate business with my wife, Carolynn, we work hard to guide clients through the buying, selling, and investing process. Home ownership is a life changing process. Whether you are a first-time homebuyer or an investor, we use our knowledge and expertise to ensure you always reach your specific goals.
JP Weicherding
Born and raised in Tampa, Florida I have a passion and familiarity for what has become one of the nation's top destination cities. I believe home ownership should be simple and accessible for everyone. My real estate career began immediately after graduating from The Florida State University, where I studied music and business. My time in musical ensembles taught me how to effectively work and communicate with others in large projects that involve multiple working parts. I apply this daily to my real estate business, emphasizing transparency and communication. This has allowed me to serve a variety of clients effectively, from first-time home buyers to those moving across the country sight-unseen, and even seasoned investors.
